Despite outstanding accomplishments, huge promotions, and academic prowess, high achieving women often find themselves struggling with a nagging feeling that they aren’t performing at a satisfactory level. Too often women feel their success is due  to luck and not talent and it’s just a matter of time before they’re “discovered”. This nagging self-doubt has historically held women back from growth in the work place. How do we identify it and how can we silence?

Join us for a plated lunch while we enjoy hearing and learning from Cindy Flanders `82, ACC Certified Career, Leadership and Executive Coach.
