ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Cynthia Flanders is the founder and CEO of Skipjack Partners LLC, D/B/A Manage Fearlessly, which provides Executive, Leadership and Career Coaching services to individuals and corporations. Ms. Flanders is also a Senior Advisor for Verit Advisors LLC, an independent investment banking firm headquartered in Chicago that specializes in ESOP transactions.
Ms. Flanders received a BS degree from the University of Maryland, RH Smith School of Business, graduating summa cum laude, and a MBA, also from the RH Smith School of Business. She served as President of the Alumni Association from 2002 to 2003.
Ms. Flanders currently serves on the Board of Argan, Inc. (AGX), Congressional Bank and volunteers her time with the 100 Entrepreneurs, an organization that works with veterans. She also co-facilitates The Profitable Idea workshops for aspiring entrepreneurs.
