Join the University of Maryland College of Behavioral and Social Sciences Alumni Chapter Board on Saturday, December 16, 2017 as we assist members of the greater Washington Metropolitan community to become US Citizens. We will be conducting Mock Citizenship Interviews at the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN DC).
CARECEN DC is a non-profit organization in Columbia Heights that provides legal services, housing services, citizenship classes, and economic empowerment to foster the development of the Latino community in the Greater Washington metropolitan region

By Metro: Get off at Columbia Heights Metro Stop on the green line. Walk one block south on 14th St and turn right on Columbia Road. CARECEN is located between 14th and 15th streets.
Driving: From Virginia: Take the 14th St. Bridge into Washington, DC and drive north on 14th St. until you reach Columbia Road. Turn Left on Columbia Road. CARECEN will be on your left between 14th and 15th St.
By Bus: Major bus lines will drop you off 1-2 blocks away:
