Join MLAW as we discuss and analyze "The Fourth Amendment and Electronic Surveillance."

The event will feature a keynote by Professor David Gray, author of The Fourth Amendment in an Age of Surveillance. Professor Gray Senior Counsel at the Brennan Center at NYU Law School. Other speakers include Rachael Levinson-Waldbaum and Judge Andrea Leahy of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Additionally, the panel will be moderated by Professor Danielle Citron, who has written extensively on electronic privacy.
