BSOS Electronic Message Boards

The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences maintains electronic message boards in several academic buildings.

• BSOS community members who wish to share a message about a college-related event or activity can submit a request for consideration and an electronic copy of the post to be added to hallway monitors by emailing a 1920x1080 JPG or PNG infographic to Senior Director of Communications Laura Ours at lours@umd.edu.

• Please indicate the building(s) in which you think your message would reach the right audiences, and—if your message is only relevant for a certain amount of time—please indicate the date by which the information should be taken down. 

  General informational messages may circulate for longer periods of time, at the discretion of the hallway monitor editors.

Posting requests will be considered by and are subject to the discretion of the Office of Communications and Marketing, in accordance with University of Maryland branding, messaging and community guidelines.
