ANTHRO+ Student Conference
ANTHRO+ is PASA’s student-organized conference that serves as a platform for students to share their academic research, foster interdisciplinary dialogue, and engage with a broad network of peers, faculty, alumni, and external professionals. This year’s theme, Culture in Context, will explore critical issues at the intersection of anthropology and global challenges, with a particular focus on our research interests that reach far beyond the reach of College Park.
PASA invites you to submit an abstract for a 10 to 12-minute presentation with 2-3 sentences for the upcoming conference on Saturday, March 8, 2025. The conference will take place in Woods Hall at the University of Maryland, College Park. We hope to learn from your scholarship both within and outside of the anthropological discipline. Complex social problems require interdisciplinary approaches and we welcome students to share their work beyond the social sciences.
The deadline for submissions is February 28, 2025 at 11:59 pm. All files must be submitted via Google Form and may not exceed 150 words.
