Bioscience Day is an annual event on the College Park campus that features research talks, inventor pitch competition, poster session, networking panels, a keynote lecture and more.

The program provides a unique opportunity for our campus community, alumni, and friends to:

  • Discover the most recent advances in the biological sciences and biotechnology at the University of Maryland

  • Promote the potential for academic-industry-government collaboration

  • Meet university scientists and especially interact with graduate and undergraduate student researchers

  • Network with colleagues who share an interest in the promotion of the biological sciences and the bioscience industry

  • Recruit employees and investigate job opportunities
