Homecoming Tailgate 2017

Join us for our annual Homecoming Tailgate and watch as we transform Moxley Garden into a Terp Homecoming Beer Garden. Come take a stroll in the garden and explore three Terp-owned breweries while enjoying music, food, games and a festive atmosphere before heading into the stadium to watch your Terps take on Indiana!

Bringing your little ones? Stop by our Testudo Tikes zone located in the Riggs Alumni Center for games and snacks! Admission to the event is free with RSVP. RSVP is mandatory for this event, so register today! Registration deadline is Thursday, October 26th.

Alumni Association membership perk: As a special thank you for your membership and relationship with the Alumni Association, members will receive a free food and drink voucher!

You can purchase tickets to the Homecoming game via the Maryland Athletics Ticket Office.

Parking
In order to visit campus during a home football game, you will need to obtain a parking permit in advance of your visit. Purchase a game day parking permit online HERE. Permits may be purchased on-site at Terrapin Trail Garage if space is available. The cost of a single game permit is $17.00.

Bag Policy
Note: The Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium Bag Policy is as follows: Fans will only be able to carry the following style and size bags into the stadium all of which are subject to search:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, measuring 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or strap

All other bags will not be permitted. A list of prohibited bags includes, but is not limited to: purses, backpacks, drawstring bags that are not clear, briefcases, coolers, fanny packs, luggage, computer bags, camera bags, binocular cases and diaper bags. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. The University of Maryland cannot safeguard items that are not permitted into the stadium.
