Harden, LaToya
With extensive experience in career services, employer relations, and student success, LaToya has collaborated closely with employers, alumni, faculty, and students to cultivate meaningful connections that enhance students' career readiness.
In her current role, she coordinates career panels, networking events, and industry site visits, ensuring that students gain exposure to a variety of career pathways. Additionally, she advises students on job search strategies, networking, and personal branding, equipping them with the tools necessary for successfully navigating the workforce.
Before joining the Feller Center, LaToya served in various roles in executive recruiting, industry advising, and student success coaching. She possesses a strong background in building employer partnerships, developing career programming, and supporting students as they transition from academia to industry.
LaToya holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology-Sport & Exercise Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University.
