Lloyd, T.C.

Dr. T.C. Lloyd serves as an Assistant Program Director in the Feller Center. She leads efforts in the implementation of campus mandates for newly admitted students enrolled in BSOS onboarding courses. T.C. is a recipient of the BSOS Outstanding Undergraduate Advising Award and an inaugural recipient of the campus’ Terrapin Innovation award for her work in developing BSOS onboarding course curriculum.

She has worked in higher education for over 20 years in areas of program management and development, academic advising, curriculum development, training and instruction. As a Division I scholarship athlete, T.C. earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice from The American University in Washington, D.C., and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. T.C. earned a doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Frostburg State University. Her research interests explore factors impacting college students’ orientation toward socially responsible behaviors in their personal, academic, and career domains.
