Ferguson Town Hall: Dec. 3
The tragic shooting of Michael Brown and the subsequent decision by a grand jury to not indict Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson has many wondering where we go from here. The African American Studies Department invites the University community to speak out and be heard on these important issues, and to be a part of a plan for social change.
Join us from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3 in the Atrium of the Adele H. Stamp Student Union to take part in this critical dialogue. Discussion will be moderated by Dr. Odis Johnson, Jr., interim chair of the African American Studies Department.
