Joseph Richardson Co-Authors Op-Ed on Legislation Proposing Longer Prison Sentences for Illegal Gun Possession in 'The Baltimore Banner'

Joseph Richardson, MPower and The Joel and Kim Feller Professor of African American Studies and Anthropology, co-authored an op-ed with Heather Warnken, executive director of the Center for Criminal Justice Reform at the University of Baltimore School of Law, on legislation "that would increase the maximum prison term for illegal gun possession from three years to five years."
