Liana Sayer Receives 2026 Ellen Galinsky Generative Researcher Award

The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences warmly congratulates Professor and Chair of the Department of Sociology Liana Sayer, who was named as a co-recipient of the 2026 Ellen Galinsky Generative Researcher Award. 

The award is presented by the Work and Family Researchers Network and recognizes breakthrough contributions to the work-family field through open science, innovative theory, and dataset development.

Dr. Sayer shares the award alongside her long-time research collaborators, Drs. Sarah Flood and Melissa Milkie. The trio was selected for their collective impact on the development, support, and application of time-use data.
