Support Students Studying Abroad on #GivingTuesday

On this #GivingTuesday, help us send more students on education abroad programs by supporting the BSOS Study Abroad Scholarship Fund! Your gifts will help us give our students the world, and have both an immediate and lifelong impact.  

The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences (BSOS) is committed to ensuring that study abroad programs are inclusive and representative of our campus community. BSOS continues to ensure that finances aren’t a barrier to students’ participation.  

In the 2021-2022 academic year, when study abroad programs were offered for the first time after the COVID-19 pandemic, BSOS worked with the Office of Education Abroad to help 10 students afford the opportunity to make their international education dreams a reality. In total, the College provided $18,500 to those students, providing each with an average award of $1,850.

Please consider supporting the BSOS Study Abroad Scholarship Fund TODAY. Each donation raised will directly support study abroad scholarships for undergraduate students with unmet need. Each will also ensure that global learning opportunities are accessible to all of our BSOS undergraduate students; help strengthen the next generation of global leaders; and aid our students in thinking critically about the global landscape and how to Be the Solution to the world’s great challenges.
