UMD Ranked #3 in the Nation in Social Sciences Research Funding

The Consortium of Social Science Associations ranked UMD as #3 in the nation in its 2022 Rankings of Federal Social and Behavioral Research and Development Funding at Colleges and Universities.

Maryland brought in $53,123,000 in federal social sciences research funding in 2021.
