Hope, Healing, and Mobilizing Against Hate

You are invited to join the 3rd gathering of the Hope, Healing, and Mobilizing Against Hate community --  a group of students, faculty, and staff committed to racial justice -- at UMD on Friday, November 15 from 10am-3pm at the Stamp Student Union.

The series of events is to strengthen capacity and build more community among the students, staff, and faculty at UMD who are centering racial and social justice in their work and life.

The session will be facilitated by Dr. Tamisha Ponder and will focus on how we continue to take care of ourselves, our bodies, and each other as we do this work. The session is sponsored by the Anti-Black Racism Initiative, the Division of Student Affairs, the School of Public Health, the College of Information, the School of Public Policy, the College of Education, the University Libraries, Bias Incident Support Services (BISS), and the Graduate School.

RSVP here. Space is limited.
