This November, newly elected government officials will form transition teams as they prepare to take office. This presents a timely opportunity for campuses to get engaged and ensure our leaders are gathering community input and building diverse and inclusive governments.

In this webinar, learn more about the Civic Transition Toolkit—a toolkit inspired by the Moore-Miller gubernatorial transition team in Maryland, who took a unique approach to create a historically diverse and inclusive transition that engaged the public at every step. Learn how the University of Maryland worked with the Moore-Miller team to implement this toolkit—and how your campus can support and encourage inclusive transition plans in your own state, city, or local government.
