Saeed, Sameen

Sameen Saeed serves as the Director of Development for the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. In this role, she is responsible for regional and national alumni outreach, with a specific focus on raising major gifts for key initiatives and priorities of the College. Her passion lies in forging relationships with alumni, faculty and staff to achieve common goals and identify ways in which time, talent and resources impact and optimize the mission of the University of Maryland.

Previously, Sameen served at the Director of Strategic Partnerships for a Boston-based nonprofit consulting firm where she led fundraising and relationship building efforts with individuals, corporation and foundations. Sameen resides in Maryland with her husband and two children.
