Impressive Line-up of Speakers for BSOS Commencement Ceremonies
As graduates from the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences’ Class of 2016 prepare to receive their hard-earned diplomas, they will have an opportunity to gain some wisdom and inspiration from a group of impressive BSOS alums who have already traveled the path to success.
Steve Cooker (GVPT ‘77), Executive Vice President of Monster Worldwide Government Solutions, will speak to graduates from the Department of Government and Politics. Read more
Dr. Barbara Van Dahlen (PSYC M.A. ‘87, Ph.D. ’91), Founder and President of the national nonprofit organization Give an Hour, will speak during the Psychology Department commencement ceremony. Read more
Maria-Leticia Gomez (SOCY ’93), news anchor for Univision affiliate KDTV in San Francisco, will address the graduating class from the Department of Sociology and Joint Program in Survery Methodology. Read more
Dr. Margaret McCabe, Clinical Professor and Director of Clinical Education in Audiology at the University of Maryland, will give the commencement address for the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences. Read more
