PROGRESS Co-Director Jo Richardson contributed to bringing the 2026 DC Public Safety Agenda to fruition. The 2026 DC Public Safety Agenda is a community-first plan that outlines the policies, investments, and accountability measures needed to build a safer, more just DC.
