PROGRESS participated in a panel discussion with Maryland Opera Studio about the meaningful conversations inspired by Jake Heggie's and Gene Scheer's If I Were You. The PROGRESS Co-Directors joined members of the artistic team behind the production to discuss the importance of the show—and the arts in general—in encouraging dialogue about the impact of firearm violence.
