PROGRESS Co-Director Gives Testimony Before DC Council

On September 30th, 2024, PROGRESS Co-Director Dr. Jo Richardson gave a testimony before the Council of the District of Columbia's Committee on the Judiciary & Public Safety, chaired by Brooke Pinto. Alongside Daniel Webster from the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions, Dr. Richardson emphasized the importance of the DC Office of Neighborhood Safety & Engagement's oversight of Violence Intervention Grants.
