TerrapinSTRONG Symposium: Sustaining People, Shaping Change
The TerrapinSTRONG Symposium is an opportunity for faculty and staff to learn from each other about scholarship, skills and strategies to create a more inclusive community for our students, staff and faculty members.
The 2026 Symposium theme, Sustaining People, Shaping Change, sets the tone for a program showcasing dynamic collaboration, strategies for attending to individual and team capacity, and approaches to authenticity and persistence. Together, these sessions will explore pathways for cultivating a sustainable community as we adapt to a rapidly changing landscape and reimagine how we use, value, and maximize our resources for a thriving UMD.
